What actually happens in a session
Each session runs between 60 and 90 minutes depending on the client's focus area. The format is not a lecture — it is structured play with deliberate constraints. A specialist sets a scenario, the performer responds, and the debrief runs in real time.
Modulario does not use pre-recorded modules. Every session is live, with a specialist who has at minimum 8 years of stage or ensemble experience. Sessions are delivered over video call, with optional audio-only mode for clients who prefer it.
The platform serves solo performers, ensemble groups of up to 12, and facilitators who use improvisation techniques in non-performance contexts — corporate training, education, and therapeutic settings.

The context behind the platform
Improvisation training has historically required physical co-presence — a rehearsal room, a troupe, a shared schedule. That constraint excluded a significant number of practitioners who work in regions without active improv communities or who cannot commit to fixed weekly slots.
Modulario was built around a different premise: that the quality of the interaction between specialist and performer matters more than the room they share. The platform has facilitated sessions across 34 countries since launch, with clients ranging from first-time performers to working theatre professionals.
